Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or are missing parts will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error. For purchases made with gift cards, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances, such as for items returned with minor damage or missing accessories. If you receive a refund, the amount will exclude any original shipping fees unless the return results from our mistake.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some financial institutions may require additional processing time before posting the refund to your account. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact your credit card company or bank as there may be a delay in their processing system.

If you've completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with details of your purchase and refund request. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please have your order number and refund request date available when contacting us about missing refunds.
